Re: ESPN3 to TV Connection
There are usually several games a season with ASU on game plan so I signed up(Directv) but the game is still not showing on the schedule yet. I am going out of town and wanted to set the recorder but can't until the game shows on the schedule. It's supposed to be on ch 788 but not there yet. If it doesn't show up by tomorrow I am going to call and cancel.

Just in case it doesn't show up before you leave, you can do a keyword search for Appalachian State and Football and set to auto record. When it shows up it will record.

Re: ESPN3 to TV Connection
Just got my second Apple TV and an OTA Antenna canceling my cable service today. Apple TV has a WatchESPN "channel" that has all the ESPN networks, including ESPN 3. The key is having a log in with a provider that offers WatchESPN.ggasu wrote:Apple Tv is the best $100 I ever spent. Simple to use and works great. Doesnt require a separate subscription (like xbox live) nor does it require a computer.
I am not sure about Roku, but AppleTV is and works great!

At the top of the game plan page there is a drop down with fbs as the standard. hit the drop down, click fcs and it will show up.fjblair wrote:There are usually several games a season with ASU on game plan so I signed up(Directv) but the game is still not showing on the schedule yet. Anothr poster said a bar in North Myrtle was showing it. About a 20 minute drive for you.AppTrex77 wrote:Longrifle28 wrote:Down here in Brunswick County, you can get ESPN Game Plan for a weekend for $25.00.hapapp wrote:In the past, I have ordered Game plan for a weekend. You need to go to time warner dot com or whatever it is and have your bill handy. You need to sign up using your account info and create a login. Then use that login on espn3 one time to verify your account is eligible for espn3. You must have video service from twc for this to apply. Then subsequent logins need no verification.
you would think Direct TV would offer ESPN game plan on a per game basis, even if it was $10 or $15...
Do you know if any sports bars near Ocean Isle are showing the game?

Re: ESPN3 to TV Connection
Does anyone know how to get the WatchESPN app on to a Sony Blu Ray or is it even possible? I don't want to have to plug my computer into the TV if I can use the Blu Ray.
