App State Tailgate in Columbia on Saturday, November 9

Have never been to one of these events and am thinking about going next Saturday. Will someone advise on whether or not it would be worth the $45-$55 cost per person. Not that familiar with Columbia, SC, we are staying at the Embassy Suites. Thank you.
