Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. I always chuckle when UNCC fans start beating their chest about their medium rent office park campus. UNCC has the third nicest campus in Mecklenburg county after CPCC central and Queens. Both Queens and CPCC central are in the WWWWAAAAYYYYY nicer and cooler neighborhoods too. Seriously, if UNCC was where CPCC central is, it would be a legit option.
