The Breakdown - USA Preview

I'm very excited to take my veteran father (former Marine) to his first App home game this weekend! He's always proudly worn any App attire I've ever gotten him and shown a big interest in watching their games and following them closely. Growing up in Hickory for about a decade before moving away to PA, he always spoke about getting my brother and I up the mountain to see a game. With us both involved with our own youth sports on weekends it just never worked out. He grew us up on PSU football (as his sister and father graduated from there. He attended Bloomsburg where he played O-line). We were lucky enough to have his sister and our newly born son all with us for the App/PSU game. And yes, he was decked out in App gear! That will always be a special weekend in our family but I hope this weekend will be something the two of us can share.
