Cabin for Spring Game

Does anyone know of a good cabin (or realtor to rent one from) for the spring game? Something that would hold 6-8 people (pairs), with hot tub and maybe a pool table/game room. Near Watauga Lake would be nice, anywhere decent is ok.

Blue Ridge Rentals usually has a lot of places to choose from. We have used them a couple of times and been pleased.
