Last game of the season could decide the fate of our program next few years. Fitting it will be playing GS.

Remember when you did not have to win every game to be in the playoffs? Remember when you did not have to win the conference to be in the playoffs? Remember when there was a playoff and not an invitational tournament? Remember when we played JMU every year and the games between App, Marshall, Georgia Southern, and Furman decided the conference champion? We still have one of those things the matchup between Marshall, Georgia Southern, App, JMU in place of Furman to determine the East Division Champion. Well, the most important thing is still in front of us this season. We knew when we moved to the FBS that we would be relegated to the situation that ECU has been in all these years. Like it or love it this is the situation we are in now. Let's make the most of it. Regardless of coaches or players we are still App State, that has not changed.

Georgia Southern is who we should have been playing every year since we joined the Sun Belt on Rivalry Weekend.
