Happy Birthday Coach Satterfield!

Unread post by firemoose » Sat Dec 21, 2013 9:04 am

I wanted to wish Coach Satt a very Happy Birthday today. With my day coming Monday we are both members of the "Robbed Youth Club" and the "Combo Gift Club", as anyone with a Christmas birthday can tell you all about. For those of you not born between the second week of December and the first week of January (and if you had really cheep relatives, a week or two either side) here's how it goes. Uncle John and Aunt Jane approach little Billy or little Cindy with one gift in hand. "Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas" they both exclaim. And so it goes with all your relatives, keeping in mind that if your birthday was in July you would get the same present for Christmas and another one in July.

Merry Christmas and Happy Freakin' Birthday to all the "All-In-One's" ;) :D

Or, for those born in the weeks before Christmas, having to spend your birthday money on Christmas gifts.

I offer congratulations as my birthday is today also. (I knew there was something special about that guy!)

Moose - I can definitely relate.

yep, I'm a week before and my daughter is a week after. being a week after is a little bit better because we could celebrate on new years eve. a week before is just bad because everyone is already going through buyers remorse for over spending on Christmas so you get the shaft.

Happy B'day Satt!

New Years Eve = tax deduction!
31 Dec 11:59 pm = tax deduction and no extra expense

two minutes later - nothing but bills for 365 days.

Of course the joy of having kids, can one put a price tag on that.

Moose, my Mom and Sister both had a Dec 23rd birthday, so my Mom was both cheated because of it being near Christmas and then having my sister on her birthday. Of course, I'm sure she didn't feel overly cheated having a child then.

You got it baby. I high fived the doctor as soon as he handed her to the nurse. My wife has never let me live that one down.

Mine is December 16. My birthday, celebrated in Chattanooga, in 2005 was extra special.

I got a double on mine also. I forgot to mention I was born on my mom and dad's wedding anniversary. I think between Christmas, anniversary, and my birthday it was more like mass confusion.
