Sure did. Let's keep everything crossed that Burns is OK from his ding up and he and Small can get through the game safely. Two man rotation is going to be dicey.moehler wrote:crap, we needed all the big bodies we can get against that offensive line.

If I'm not mistaken and I clearly may be but I swear I saw Blair lined up over their center late in the game ---firemoose wrote:Sure did. According to our roster Blair has 15 pounds on Burns. Might seem him there a bit more this weekend.

I thought Burns had a great game!!! - maybe a rotation thing? ---ASUPATCH wrote:WVAPPeer wrote:If I'm not mistaken and I clearly may be but I swear I saw Blair lined up over their center late in the game ---firemoose wrote:Sure did. Burns did play well. Small looked a bit slow off the ball which hurt him against the run. With the way Norwood has come along they may allow Blair to rotate with Burns some to keep him fresh.

Re: Tyson Fernandez ruled out
Yep. We're going to have to shift some people around and use some different lineups to see what works best. Not much way around it. Whoever plays NT needs to bust out since the 3-4 lives and dies with the nose. If they don't draw some double teams we're going to have to get creative in the blitz packages to get pressure on and contain Bridgewater.ASUPATCH wrote:WVAPPeer wrote:If I'm not mistaken and I clearly may be but I swear I saw Blair lined up over their center late in the game ---firemoose wrote:Sure did. Re: Tyson Fernandez ruled out
There was something in the middle of last week in the Winston journal stating he was probably done for the season and didn't know if or when he would be returning to the team due to an upcoming court date. It was in an article about Deuce Robinson's resurgence.AppSt94 wrote:Any idea if Dada will be available?

This is big loss (no pun intended), but we managed pretty well on Saturday after he left the field.
What was the exact injury? I knew it was to his arm or hand.

It looked to me like it was the elbow that bent a way it wasnt supposed to. So whether it was a major hyperextension or a dislocation is up in the air.
