I did this with three basketball games not posted yet but I looked them up and I think I had the standings correct. I'll recheck Sunday morning.
ArkSt had 30 points for the winter sports, and 3 schools had 28 points for the winter season. App was 7th for winter sports.
In my unofficial way of making each sport be worth the same value (Unity Points) I set the conf winner to one point and take the ratio of points earned to points possible. Conf winner gets 1 unity point, be it 1st place out of 6 or 1st place out of 11. 6th place of 11 gets 0.5 unity points, etc. In this App State has the most unity points. This is partly due to App have more sports sponsored. The actual Bubas Cup points does give some advantage to a school sponsoring more sports, but not a large advantage. MSOC only gives 6 points for winning the conf, which is middle of the pack in basketball as one example.

I may have made a mistake. I think we are tied for 1st. I think I gave ULL an extra point.
