Again, why the hell are universities allowed to try criminal justice cases?

The guy is in prison so this was tried in court. Not sure what the rules are regarding protection of victims identity in sexual assault cases. These were apparently reported to campus police so those records would identify the victim. That is how I read this.

The university should not have a response. The university should not be involved. EVERY case should be reported immediately to the local police, not campus police but the local police.
