Re: Traveling to Lafayette for CCG?

I’ve stayed at the Juliet Hotel on Jefferson Street. It’s only 2 miles from the stadium and has a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is a little old school and doesn’t offer a lot of amenities, but is nice, clean and can’t beat the location. Yep….would def recommend rock...

We fly in late Friday night and are looking for a good restaurant to go eat at before heading to the game. Thank you! The Bon Temps Grill at 1211...

Re: Traveling to Lafayette for CCG?

Words of advice for anyone staying in BTR and traveling to LFT: 1. I would allow myself at least 1.5 hours to get there. Traffic in BTR, and along I10 can be brutal. 2. Its at least an hour bus ride. Not sure why either, can be some good delays between BR and Laf at times as well. Yes...

Re: Traveling to Lafayette for CCG?

Thanks for the information. My son is special needs and requires canes or a walker to get around. What handicap areas do they have at the stadium. We have not make reservations yet as we are still on the fence about making the trip. Thanks in advance. Jim Banks Well, I am no expert on what they hav...

Re: Traveling to Lafayette for CCG?

Ok, if your staying at the Embassy Suites or Marriot in BTR you are probably at the one on I-10 and College. Just north of I-10 on Corporate Dr. there is a big retail complex with lots of places to eat and enjoy. More commercial grade places. Closer to LSU on Highland, there is Sammy’s Grill, great...
