Re: 9/11

It's a little funny how an event like 9/11 shows your age. Y'all talking about going to class in college, I was in 8th grade social studies class when our teacher came in and told us what happened. We just watched movies the rest of the day while the teachers watched the TV. Now, I teach students w...

Re: 2025 Football Schedule????

I'm old enough to remember when Florida State was having a hard time getting people to play them. They had the "anytime, anywhere" attitude. Since we have never played them, I assume they are afraid to play us. I would think our people would jump at the opportunity to schedule them. Very disappointi...

Re: Fire the DJ

I don’t disagree at all but we have this conversation every year and we just go in the same circles. The old people don’t understand why they don’t get like Lynrd Skynrd or whatever, younger folks tend to ask for more modern stuff as that’s what the players likely want to hear etc. Basically you ca...

Re: What is new at The Rock

These problems are the responsibility of the Chancellor and the Athletic Director. Every year it is the same thing and normally the same lame excuses. Lines getting thru the gates on the West side were terrible and potentially dangerous with students pushing older people and each other out of the wa...

Flying out of Charlotte on Thursday to Denver. Rocky Mtn Natl Park Thursday and Friday. Arrive in Laramie Friday evening. Not flying back until Weds, so traveling to other sites/cities/parks!!! Hope this trip is as good as the Montana trip and with a better outcome on the scoreboard. My son and I a...

Re: ACC - Short article/Must read

I just don't get why FSU or Clemson would want to leave the winnable ACC and jump into the meat grinder that is the SEC. What good is all that money if you are going 7-5, 8-4, 6-6 almost every year and you are maybe going to be a playoff team every 10 years or so.

Shortly, she will need to establish a Livermush brand loyalty. Also, she will need to become an advocate for the use of fatback when preparing vegetable dishes.

Re: Renewing Season Football Tickets

I've decided that I will not be renewing my Yosef Club donation or buying my season tickets and I have started financially supporting Anderson University's new football program. Division II sports still feel like what college athletics should be. They appreciate donors at my level and make me feel l...

Border Battle Tournament

A tournament, either early season or Holiday time, between teams from NC and SC seems to make a lot of sense. I wonder why it does not exist. I would see it played in Charlotte and involve four NC teams and 4 SC teams. Teams would play two games on a weekend and both opponents would be from the othe...

Brandon Streeter is now available. We may offer him an opportunity to prove that he was not the problem at Clemson last season. We could be a springboard for him getting a HC job.

A fantastic piece. Thanks for sharing Brian.

As a fan, I sometimes forget how much these losses sting for the coaches and players. Thanks for reminding me of that. They deserve our support.

Also, I agree with you, good things are ahead for this bunch. Go Apps!!!

Re: It's time guys...Clark must go

Throw out some names My point is simple, but perhaps naive. My post is absolute truth - for the same reason there are not only 2 people worthy of leading the free world every 4 years. There are tens of thousands of individuals that could do a better job than anyone you place on a pedestal. We are a...

I agree NewApp. It is classless. Just like trash talking and showboating is classless. Encourage your team, cheer loudly when we are on defense, and as a player, celebrate as a team, not as individuals.

Re: What’s the point of continuing with CB?

Chase Brice, or any other player, is not bigger than the program. Do what is in the best interest of the program. If Chase is the type player that I think he is, he will rally around his teammates and cheer and coach them up.
