Re: Stink discussion

I’m not a fan of our offensive play sets, nor going for 2 after our 1st, nor the cushion our DBs give wideouts,
But the fans were there. Decent crowd considering.

Winners know about losing. Pick Yosef up and move on. Please reply because I am worried, and care.

Re: Billy Napier Fired

Finebaum has no clue about the “ state” of football anywhere but Alabama. He and other experts could us their platforms to push for some rules and guardrails for the NIL and the portal.
Besides, does the man have the biggest ears you’ve ever seen?

Winning….

I hate to lose. I hate when my team loses. Do I hate it more than the coaches and players? When I played did care what the fans thought? Nope, I shared the disappointment with my teammates.

I hate it for the kids because I know they try. I’ve been there and I need to remember that.

Drink might try for it.
Drink and Missouri are a great fit. He is the Ted Lasso of college football… I’d stick there until the NIL and Portal get some guardrails.

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion

IF we stay away from turnovers and red zone penalties we roll. Did anyone notice that our first scores against OSU were the 1st this season without red zone penalties and that continued against GaSt? Just saying….

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm

Selfishly, I hate 3:30 games but I understand why we play those. Would you like to go back to 1 o'clock kickoffs? I could handle 2PM. Its not the start time as much as the end time that I don't like. But, I'm just an old fart. I hear ya. My old fartness is getting in the way of the 1970s lifestyle ...

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion

3:30 seems to work well for all those 1to 2 hrs away which is about 50% of the crowd. Now the brutal sun on the east and NEZ seats in Sept and early Oct suggests game time around 5 or later would be good then switch to 2.30-3.30.

Actually, that is real class to come back to the place that gave you the chance to be where you are now. He graduated from App State, he is a mountaineer so it only makes sense that he comes home. Now, doing while on another team and still playing shows how high he places App on his mantle. I have ...
