Re: Wey Hall saga

Watched the video, and I totally feel sympathy and think that this is a huge oversight by the administration and the construction crews. However, when she said something about not having A/C I couldn't help but chuckle. Sanford has never had A/C. Am I entitled to compensation from the roughly 43 Eng...

we would lose 9- 10 games against the Acc Oh no! With 9 losses in the ACC, we’d end up like NCAA tournament 6 seed Clemson. The horror! Quote Kerns offense is awful You don't win 27 games with an awful offense. Bring some evidence to back up your claim or GTFO. Nobody wants to deal with your negati...

I would wager that if you took the bottom 15 teams in the NCAA Tournament and put us in a separate tournament with them we have a great to win. That’s the thing with postseason college basketball. It’s literally a crap shoot. Anyone can win on any night and the loser has to go home. It is not a goo...

I'm sorry, did you expect to get blown out at Wake? We had a good season, but wow, I personally learned something about how many more stairs their are to climb. Call it an awful take, but wow, we are not close to an at large bid. Sorry, we're not. And i appreciate this season. I called it generatio...

Just got back from the game. Was glad to see App keep fighting. I thought Wake had better talent but the foul call discrepancies were significant. I saw a verbal confrontation between App's bench and Wake's at the start of a timeout. What caused that? On TV that curly-headed kid, Keller, was gettin...

Wait... so all those folks early in the season were right. Free throws DID make a difference come tournament time. Just not in they way they meant.

Re: My condolences UNC Chapel Hill

My brother went to NC State so I was pulling for them; however, I don’t hate UNC as much as some on here.
UNC looked like a team already looking forward to next week, and NCSU looked like a team ready to literally fight anyone in their way. Great game.

I was curious when exactly they started to rise. The fact it did rise and with all we did is why I hope we can retain Kerns. I would love to see what we would do next year with most of the team back along with the coaches and some of these newcomers they have signed/committed. Really hope Huntley c...

Re: NIT

We aren’t writing off the NCAA Tournament quite yet. Yep several of these 10+ loss power schools could lose by big margins in their conference tournaments today and tomorrow...nah that won't make a bit of difference. In a world that cared more about competition than advertising dollars, App...

Re: NIT

It's ridiculous that we are even having this conversation. I understand losses hurt more than wins help when it comes to NET, but App has as many Quad 1 wins as Wake Forest and Syracuse, and those teams are considered locks for the NIT and are NCAA bubble teams depending on their performance in the...

Winning fills Holmes . Recruiting is greatly affected by large crowds .Or on the downside , small crowds. Certainly the ticket sale revenue makes a substantial difference. All that plays into building a program that can compete for a bid . I strongly agree with this statement, but we have to get of...

What does this mean for the other collective? Does it still exist? Are there competing collectives now?
Both exist…serving different approaches and donor types.
Gotcha. That seems... inefficient? But I don't have any money to give anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me.

I won't be mad to see JMU get bounced in round 1 Can’t stand them, but I might take them to the sweet 16. Their first game will be the most predicted upset on brackets guaranteed. I have no specific numbers to back this up, but I know I’ve looked really smart numerous years by picking the SOCON and...

Re: MBB vs Arkansas State, Sunday, March 10, 6 p.m. ET, ESPN+, Pensacola Bay Center, Pensacola, Fla., Sun Belt semis

The stretch of kerns not recognizing that mantis was a liability was the sticking point. That was the change. It’s easy to make that substitution in a regular season game up 7 ad hide mantis but Kerns shoulda subbed mantis out asap and he didn’t. Arkansas state rightly feasted on this and we lost b...
