Re: NEZ work today
I guess that is why "Coc-a" Cola never releases its secret formula and in a vault in ATL. . Whatever is in it.. highly preferred to a Pepsi. An open Pepsi goes flat quickly. I grew up on the coast. Yes, New Bern loves it's Pepsi.

Re: NEZ work today
Doing this from the phone so we’ll see if this works. Photos from today. The photos don’t do it justice ... the new dorms and NEZ really make things look “big league”. Also found some of the old turf and ... were these vending machines in the stadium last year? Am I blind or is this new ? https://i...

Re: ESPN+ Most Important Games for Top 25
As fun as this is to imagine, it’s just not a possibility. I don’t care if we go undefeated and both Wisconsin and Wake Forest win they Big10 and ACC respectively. They still would not put us in the top 4. I’d gladly take an NY6 slot though. Respectfully disagree, if WF and W win their respective c...

Re: NEZ work today
I'm a little off topic....but I find it strange among our App bitchin brethren...myself included sometimes.....that seldom anyone mentions our need for much improved stadium lighting for night games. Yeah, I know of course about first things first and money, etc. I just find it odd among all the th...

Re: NEZ Update Query
I would have to agree with that. Especially if the NEZ does well. I think if they did want to erect luxury seating, they would need to address the East stands first to enable the building of luxury suites so a whole revamp of the east side would probably be necessary. I do wonder how much they coul...

Re: NEZ Update Query
Taking CV-19 in consideration and the fact it is endzone seating, I believe the NEZ has done well from a ticket sales perspective. Given the general trends in college football and basketball with general attendence declines (including our own App St with 13-1 record not selling out games)... less is...

Re: FALL 21 QB?
Hopefully, we have the next ZT #12. That was a total surprise at Penn State as it was really unknown how he would play under live action. I would take accuracy with above average arm-strength as priority.. enough running ability to evade the rush...

Re: First post
Last question. If I can make it to an App State home game this year, what would be the best game to come see. Keep in mind the time of the year. I don't want to come to the game as a Trojan fan and come home a Popsicle! My opinion Home game Louisiana 10/7.. however Wednesday night game. Louisiana h...

New Recruit #10
Keep Rolling Coach Clark and Assistants!! Appalachian State’s 2021 recruiting run has reached 10 commitments in just over five weeks with the latest pledge from South Carolina safety Caden Sullivan. Sullivan is the third secondary commit since May 8, when cornerback Jordan Favors committed, and corn...

I prefer how we have it. If Sunbelt allows it, put App St. by the 25 yd lines opposite side of each Sunbelt symbol.

Re: First post
My take on the early games and the defense not being the typical App St defense was due to change in D Coordinator. I was actually on the Fire Ted Roof bandwagon after the first 3 to 4 games. However, he and the combination of a team meeting (from what I understand) changed philosophy a little as th...

Re: Black and Gold Tribune: Josh Thomas
In regards to the Sutton comment above, a little sideways comment...is this in relation to the marijuana issue...or something more in regards to Sutton overall. I think it is an unfair statement when many folks believe it will legalized in states it is not and is already legalized in other states. O...

Re: Street & Smith's Feature on App
Personally, I do not believe Coach Clark's message should be we are talented enough to win 11 games. This message says you are not good enough that you will two of the games. The message to the the team is that we have an opportunity to win EVERY game and it begins in the off-season on a daily basis...
