If they have freshman of the week awards, Noel should be the winner.. The First Noel.

Re: Passing Offense
It would be great to be Wisconsin of the G5. However, that typically does not bode well for when a G5 plays a P5. We should pound all we can. However to beat P5 we have to be quick at RB and WR...with a very creative passing game so P5 team has no clue what is coming

Re: Passing Offense
Charlotte game was first game with new offense..so a bit of a pass as everyone is trying to jell in new offense. Marshall game was not a good showing offensively. Campbell game - I give a pass as only one starter at receiver and TE. Thomas does not have as much reps with the receivers that do not pl...

Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
One offensive aspect I did like was that we did sprinkle in some option plays to get RBs to outside as well as this provided some one on one matchups with LBs or DBs. I realize our current RBs may not be caliber of Evans from prior year, however, I do believe they can win many one on one matchups on...

Re: ESPN+
I thought the commentators were pretty good but the camera guy was terrible and for the life of me why was there no down and distance??? When you have to film from Howard's Knob.. difficult to keep up with the ball. Two things KBS needed (even more than NEZ and I am a NEZ ticket holder), better cam...

Re: 2021 QB
IMO, we have already lost DBG. He opted out and is not injured. it could just be that he is concerned for safety related to Covid which is fine. However, my hunch is that this is not the case. Unless NFL draft type QBs at other programs leave for NFL, there may be many QBs out there that stay anothe...

Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
Well, great win. With that said, not sure offense will be able to run between tackles against ULL. In addition, defense needs returning players from covid....AND DC needs to be prepared from snap 1 versus figuring out what the offense is trying to do... hopefully a week and half of practice helps.

Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
Well, definitely not embarrassing given 20 players out. From a DC perspective, it seems we start out trying to see what opposing offense is trying to accomplish versus being proactive in predicting what they may want to accomplish... several games in a row where defense gives up points early on

DG..After NEZ, first prior is to get TV Camera stands in place so it is not like we are watching game from the top of Howard's Knob.

Re: Stated goals
Although I do not believe going 13-1 every year is sustainable. That should be obvious if we continue to play P5 teams that are middle of their conference or higher. In addition, we will not go undefeated in conference each year as history has proven that. The short goals for this particular team fo...

I am going with this:
Camel meat is eaten in the Middle East and parts of Africa. It's no chicken, though. This is serious special-occasion food. The hump is the prized cut, offering the fattiest, most tender meat, according to the Syrian-Lebanese chef and author Anissa Helou

Re: Stated goals
My "stated goal"....To enjoy 6 Saturdays in BOONE at App Football games with friends. Bowl Games are a bonus weekend with said friends. I love our national exposure on weeknight games but I hope we stop playing them. IF we don't though, It will be alright. Always a grinning. 7 Saturdays...Annual Su...

Re: Stated goals
If we move to the AAC, folks on this Board will "jump off a cliff", when we have a few 8-4/9-3 seasons...LOL. I would take a few 8-4 seasons if it meant we could get that TV contract money for the athletic department. That goes a long way. What good is that TV contract money doing for ECU in the AA...
