More Kilgore Love (Arrested)
According to Nick Shepherd of the Kingsport Times-News, 49ers guard Daniel Kilgore was arrested for public intoxication last weekend near his Tennessee home.
Well at least he didn't try to strangle somebody.

Re: More Kilgore Love (Arrested)
If that is really the whole story I only see two possibilities. Ether they were doing more than just walking down the street or the cop was a jerk. If all I can do is guess from his history here at ASU I think it just may be the latter.

Bcoach,
Not all cops are a__holes. Just like in any workspace or family there are competent/incompetent, good/bad, a_hole/Nona_hole. Since u have such a dislike for the police I would love to see your attitude when you needed one.

BCoach has about the same track record of having a dislike for police as Kilgore has of getting in trouble:

I just showed your post to the Chief and he split a gut. He also suggests you take a course in reading comprehension.HighPointApp wrote:Bcoach,

There is a third possibility --- The cop is a Panther's fan.bcoach wrote:If that is really the whole story I only see two possibilities. Ok, ok, you got me. I misread your post. I am humbled by your superior intellect and dismayed by my ignorance.bcoach wrote:I just showed your post to the Chief and he split a gut. He also suggests you take a course in reading comprehension.HighPointApp wrote:Bcoach,

Re: More Kilgore Love (Arrested)
Never said you were ignorant. Maybe just a little quick on the trigger. I should also be a little more clear which was brought to my attention this morning. I am not a cop myself, just have been around them all my life and was out with a Chief and a couple of the guys when we read your comment. On a serious note thanks for your defense of the good guys. lots of us feel the same way.HighPointApp wrote:Ok, ok, you got me. I misread your post. Well in that case I better take back my quick on the trigger comment as I am sure he is not.BUTCH1991 wrote:It's because HighPointApp IS one of the good guys.bcoach wrote:Never said you were ignorant. Re: More Kilgore Love (Arrested)
If Kilgore had gone to UT we wouldn't be hearing about this. Seriously this is a misdemeanor offense and is not that big a deal unless he resisted..... Sounds like he went along peacefully and cooperated. Pay the $150 fine and find a cab next time".

Re: More Kilgore Love (Arrested)
There are some pretty entertaining comments on that article at the website. I got a chuckle out of this one:
Who cares. Just a player on one of the other 30 teams watching the Superbowl from home. Sober up fella. Kaep is going to throw one foot farther next season…quit kissing his bicep…own up to his own mistakes…close his Twitter account…be a real leader for his team and…and…and…ah, who am I kidding! Drink up, buddy!
