Boise to stay in MWC

Interesting times for the nBE. Will be interesting to see what other moves this precipitates.

Saw this across the bottom line during the ncsu game. I think the big east might have to try to be a basketball conference like the A-10 if they want to survive. I don't see them lasting much longer otherwise. If they go down I don't think that is good for ASU. A weak/smaller/dissolved big east means fewer spots and fewer meaningful spots for ASU to be considered for. I'm not even going to guess at this point what the future holds for ASU. I've been told sunbelt was our biggest option but nothing has come of that since then. I'd guess we wont know until spring time at the earliest because they bigger conferences are going to see how much blood is lost while they evaluate their options.

So when the BE falls apart do you think they will have to pay an entry fee to get back in CUSA?
I think anyone who makes a move right now is nuts.
