Clempson--LSU

For Christmas we got our oldest tickets to the Chick-Fli-A bowl...he had been an LSU fan since a child but had never seen them play live/in person.
We went to the game, fan fest, and the whole nine yards. The fan fest was in the Georgia World Congress and it was a big deal. The player walk throughs were incredible. The fan bases for both teams were impressive.
For all you guys who say that the bowls prior to today---New Years are nothing---at least for the Chick-Fli-A bowl it was a big deal. The announced attn. was 68K and change, the game was "sold out" but there were more than 4k empty seats. However the folks that were there were treated to a great game and crazy good finish.
My hats off to Clempson for the comeback....The 4th and 16 completion was incredible.
Nick was a little disappointed but when I pointed out that I could not wait for 2013 so we could get off the bad luck with the kicking game....he managed a laugh!....the second live game in a row where the game ended TOOOOOOOO quickly due to a play in the kicking game against the team we were pulling for!
