Pa. Governer suing NCAA

Glad this is happening. IMO the NCAA overstepped its bounds in punishing something that was a criminal matter, not one that fell within the NCAA's jurisdiction.

Interestingly, the case is citing the unc scandal in the lawsuit. This is also what many have been saying, that in contrast to overreaching to punish Penn St., the NCAA bent over backwards to claim the unc situation wasn't an NCAA issue.
