I think Benson wants a championship game in 2014. I think June 1st, this year, is his "deadline". The Sun Belt would need JMU to join by June 1, 2013 to give conference 12 for football in 2014 and minimum for championship game.

Lets hope CUSA's "More the Merrier" strategy doesn't change anything. No telling how long ago this communication happened. NMSU and Idaho aren't on that map and WKU is.
