If tax money goes to pay student athlete salaries then the biggest class action lawsuit in history should commense.

This may be the beginning of the end of college sports as we know it. If App State pays athletes directly, I'm not sure I'll continue to donate to a scholarship fund (Yosef Club). Perhaps I'll reduce my Yosef Club donation to the minimum required to buy my current season tickets and just think of it as an entertainment expense. The tax incentive has already been removed for the "seat requirement" donation.

Of all the things our taxes pay for and this is the outrage. IDK.

If so, I'm done with all of it.

So how does this work? Payment on top of a $100,000+ scholarship over four years? No thanks. Start giving more scholarships to students who actually want to be at the school for an education. I won't be supporting this.
