COB Alums…check this out
Back in November, I was over in Peacock and noticed the Walker COB Fellows selling these sweatshirts as a fundraiser.
I don’t believe I’ve ever seen any Walker COB swag…and I graduated many moons ago.
For now, they’re filling orders as they come in, and the sweatshirts have to be picked up from an office in Peacock. The student at the booth told me they plan to begin offering shipping in the fall, as well as a few additional items (possibly a hat and a t-shirt).

I have a paper weight or something sitting on my desk right now, not sure where that came from but it has my graduation year on it. Haven't seen much else. Wife is making me walk in Dec (assuming I finish then) so maybe I'll look around while up there for all those festivities.

I was "supposed" to graduate that year, but fermentation studies and social gatherings slowed that.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 11:15 amI'm looking at mine as I type this. Same for me, 4 years would have been '99 for me. I just needed more time to refine my social skills.biggie wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 1:40 pmI was "supposed" to graduate that year, but fermentation studies and social gatherings slowed that.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 11:15 amI'm looking at mine as I type this. For now, they’re only taking sweatshirt orders in person. They told me they’ll be adding online ordering and shipping options in the fall, once they’ve added more merch options and built some inventory.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 11:14 amIs there a link to order? Or do you have to order in person?
If you want to visit the COB and place an order, be aware that COB entrance on River St is closed (construction) and Howard St is closed off in front of the building (also construction).
Park on King Street, hit Macado’s, get your Hindenberg sub on, then stop by Room 2064 in the COB to place your order. They’ll email you when it’s ready to pick up.

Howard St is closed off in front of the building, the building entrance is still open. It’s pretty much the only way into the COB right now.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 9:57 pmHow do you get in if both entrances closed?Bootsy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2026 6:52 pmFor now, they’re only taking sweatshirt orders in person.
