Former ASU Art Professor passes

I drove for him teaching off campus extension classes back in the day. He was eccentric to an extent but brilliant, talented, and a down to earth instructor. I remember when opened the avant guarde custom soft furniture business. I heard it did quite well.
One quick story. He had a little Corvair that needed a starter or battery..I forgot which. So, he left it running overnight and just about destroyed the motor. We both had a good laugh about it.
Great guy.
