Where are the best general public tailgating lots around Boone, either on campus or off?
Pardon me if this topic has already been created, but I am a new ASU fan and poster.
I have been having a hard time procuring a parking pass on campus for Saturday.
Thanks in advance!

Between Rivers St. and Howard near where Jimmy Smith Park is always good, but the spots get cheaper the further away you go naturally.adlerben1 wrote:Where are the best general public tailgating lots around Boone, either on campus or off?

Some of the best is "on street parking" @ Rivers St. it's free, you just have to get there early.

You have a few options, my group uses the Baptist Student Union, I think they charge 15 or 20, it is a first come lot but parts are pre-reserved. It is located near King Street and the college of business. Turn left at the next light past 1st Baptist (heading West on King Street) and then left at Brick House on corner, an attendant is usually at the house.
Another option in the same area, after you pass 1st Baptist and BEFORE the next traffic light, there is a gravel lot that you can access by turning left from King Street, it is kind of hidden, but i see a lot of game day parkers there every week.
I'm sure there are many other options, but these two I am familiar with because of where we park. We are in the back portion of the Baptist Student Union on the brick pavers, our group reserves this lot every year. Stop by and say hello if you choose to park in this general area, my name is Bradley. Good luck!

Best Free Parking--Watauga Dept of Human Services lot on N King Street (google it). They have free parking and a shuttle runs to the stadium. Lots of folks park and tailgate there.
