"Good gracious-getting off the field on 3rd downs"

That would be a vast improvement! App has to be one of the worst in the country in regards to opposing teams 3rd down conversion percentage. If the defense can get off the field, the team will be fine!

Its kinda funny... We tend to give a lot of 3rd (and long) conversions against us but have a lot of trouble making 3rd and short when we have ball... This trend spans several years... If we stop/make half of those, we're probably 3-1 right now... Penalties of the unnecessary variety are also hurting us but are indeed correctable.

Words and deeds are different things...let's see which comes first.
