2. At least 10 fumbles total
3. Number of fumbles equal to winning team’s point total
4. Bowl TV announcers spend <90% of telecast talking about TP

Yet tonight, we’d all look at the legs and say, “oh yeah, that wager makes total sense.”

That's funny. I commented during the game yesterday that the announcers were going on and on about the TP. It got nauseating.
