We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

The line in the sand should be much higher for us vs a program like ULM. If they brought in a coach that had had Clarks resume, they'd probably be happy because it would be an improvement over his predecessors. But Clark hasn't done what his predecessors did, so the program has clearly regressed.

Not in this case. It happened last year.
I wonder, what level of success Shawn Clark would need to achieve for everyone that post on here to be satisfied with Shawn Clark as the head football coach?
Really simple, the same stated goal of the man himself.

An SBC title in what we were told would be the year. It was stated during the offseason often.

It is possible.

Now you answer a question, under what outcome this season would you support a change?
I do not know if I would ever support a change. I would like for Shawn Clark to go out on his own terms. He has enough support that to fire him would do more harm than good regardless of what his record is as a head coach. An example of that is the firing of Ruffin McNeal, it is still costing ECU or Western Carolina's Bob Waters. Actually, Appalachian could have fallen off of a cliff if the firing of Jerry Moore had been handled any differently.
IMO the JM situation was handled terribly. He was cast aside like last week’s leftovers. Yes, I realize he was not onboard with the FBS transition and that’s where we were going, but the fact that it was a “firing” or even perceived as one was bullshit. At the very least, in the public eye Cobb could have enabled him to exit with more dignity and the respect that he deserved. Could have had him retire instead of firing him/not renewing his contract.

Sorry, I know that’s not really the subject of the thread, but it still pisses me off to this day.

That and it taking so long for AE’s number to be retired and Kanye still wearing it. Love Kanye though.
