We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Marshall fans treated us wonderfully
I just got back from the trip to Marshall yesterday, and just wanted to let everyone know that the behavior and genuine concern and sentiment that we received from the Marshall fans was truly touching and heartwarming. Starting at the airport, every single Marshall fan I spoke to was unbelievably kind. People went out of their way to come and speak to us; in restaurants and a couple of other places, people got up from their tables and walked over to us to welcome us to Huntington, offer their best wishes, ask about Boone and how it was, ask about the campus. I had multiple people tell us they were praying for us and the region. Several said how glad they were that we were able to make it up for the game. They thanked us for coming. Most of you probably have seen where there band played our fight song pregame. When App ran out of the locker room for the game, a large amount of martial people stood up and applauded. I was truly touched, and am always going to remember how they treated us. You could feel it; it was more than just well wishes, but there was genuine caring and concern. Just wanted to post this as something uplifting for everyone; my experience at Marshall this weekend was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any fan base.

Agreed. People came up to me and friend while walking down the street to a bar & grille...thanks for coming... Western NC has been on our mind... before the game in the stands...came up to shake our hand for attending...I was appreciative she humbled.

That is certainly good to hear especially given the nature of the rivalry.canes_mj wrote: ↑Mon Oct 07, 2024 1:07 pmI just got back from the trip to Marshall yesterday, and just wanted to let everyone know that the behavior and genuine concern and sentiment that we received from the Marshall fans was truly touching and heartwarming. Things have changed a lot since the 80's and 90's when it comes to visiting Marshall. I was surprised how well we were treated in 2020.
