Crongrats to "the Chancellor"

Have to give AP credit for breaking the Appalachian State All-Times Receptions record yesterday, surpassing Quick (202) with his 203rd catch of his career.

IMO, a LOT of future successes for App State football are going to be perched on the foundation Andrew Peacock and Tony Washington have laid this year by keeping this team from unraveling. Peacock has been a true definition of a leader by both his words and his actions-on and off the field. In truly unselfish form in the post-game interview yesterday he spoke of how good this team will be next year... That's easy to say if you are a returning player but tough as a graduating senior. My hat is off to both Andrew Peacock and Tony Washington for refusing to lay down in this transition year!!! Tip of cap to Karl Anderson as well.

Andrew hopes to go into coaching after his playing days are over. Given his proven leadership ability, I'm betting he'll make an excellent coach.
