I can’t remember the last time I’ve been this uncomfortable heading into a season of App football.
There’s no such thing as an OOC, week 1, “must-win” game. But I do think this will be a barometer for our season. Losing tonight to a bottom 130 FBS team is not the way to start your season.
I expect a win, something like 31-21. I expect it to be ugly and I expect us to be unhappy despite the W. I could live with a close loss if UNCC looks good. If they stink and still beat us, I’m scared for what lies ahead.

can't predict what a new coach is going to look like in their first game, and our player turnover was huge. I think we'll win though. I hope we hired the right guy. 7pm seems like 7 days away right now
