Should App continue playing SoCon schools?

I may be reading into things but, the information I see from the Athletic Department office hints at continued games with Western.

We will continue to schedule 1 FCS home game a year.

We should schedule the FCS team that we can get up here the cheapest that will bring the most fans.

The candidates will be A&T, ETSU, and G-Webb. CCU would be a good one on the years they don't play USC or Clemson.

WCU needs money and if their travel to App is less expensive than it would be to some other higher paying FBS opponents. With the relationship of our leaders and coaches and theirs the WCU fans may be disappointed that a future game if more likely to occur than they wish.

We must schedule SoCon teams in baseball and basketball as well.

This hits the nail on the head. One exception though. I never as long as I live want to see A&T in Boone again.

I feel that way about Maine!!!
