App State and ECU play NCSU in the same year, so they will have to drop one or both of us with the new "stupid" ACC rule. $500,000 buy out for ECU and $1.5 million for us. We will see if they chicken out again......

I'm grateful Doug negotiated the larger buyout. I won't say this is as cowardly as dropping us for a non con UVA team since this (unlike last time) is actually in the conference bylaws now, but its nice to be the easier financial decision to have the game in Boone.
