That as well. Even if he wanted to come I'm sure the kid would rather his dad not be around. Parents are tougher on their kids than anyone else. The player likely would not want it, he does not need the money, and a lot more he can do to stay relevant. Just a dumb hope/suggestion to even bring up. It’s not much of a secret if you watched the ODU game and listened to how Dowell spoke of both QBs. Swann is the better QB when he’s healthy, which he is. He must make good decisions and the players around him must catch the ball.

That’s been Swann’s issue since he arrived to be honest. He is the most talented QB but he doesn’t show that consistently and certainly doesn’t practice that way. Everytime the coaches thought he was going to cement himself as the guy, he looks like the player we saw against USM. Maybe he can learn from those mistakes and take advantage of this opportunity now. He is running out of opportunities. One thing in his favor this time is he does have good rapport with Dozier.

If had been healthy, Cummings may have been the best TE we have ever had for one season. He will be missed. Great safety valve.
