If you watched the breakdown of the play you saw that was 100% on the receiver.
Correct. He gave up on the route and didn't even attempt to catch the ball.

I'll make a statement here, and feel free to disagree if you want.

If I'm Helton, I'm not really happy with the caliber of play from my team.
App's roster is gutted, yet they're hanging around and making this interesting.

Would like to see one QB get a little more run each time in order to grab a rhythm. Wilson intrigues me more right now.

I guess if we can view this game as a scrimmage we all will feel better.

I mean I guess it is a scrimmage for the most part. Just a taxing year.

I doubt anyone on the field sees this as a scrimmage. Deeper than Hate, remember?

Southern definitely didn’t prep for 2 qbs. Helton mentioned it.

Wilson has been waiting 2.5 years and scoots OOB!?! Hit someone. But also, great job.

And that’s why he wasn’t playing qb.
Had a wide open RPO run for a first down.
Throws a jump ball to a RB with 0 receptions in his career.
Take what is in front of you guys!
