Was afraid this day was coming. Now they are raiding depth pieces at G5 to stock their 3 deep. I thought they would rely on high school recruiting and development but until there is a proper incentive, or disincentive structure in place, this is going to get worse.

They need to be forced to pay the departure program in some way, whether a contract is signed or not. Time to test buy out clauses. Yes, you can have those without a CBA.

Barnes wanted to come back. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to come back until 2 days ago instead of 2 months ago. His spot was filled.

Plus the AAC is attempting to require schools pay a higher Rev Share and get to $10M within 3 yrs.
