That's 90 so far, with 42 of those coming since April 1st and most of those were AL, GA, LA, and FL since the staff hit that area hard over the last week or so. They are working back this way so I expect more offers to come closer to home plus more will go out when camps start. Many of those kids will be closer to Boone so it makes sense to work your targets that are further away first since they are less likely to attend camps. I expect the NC and SC offers to go up once camps start with VA and TN offers thrown in. Notice the "Considering App" section on the Main Page. Most of those were players who attended the Spring Game and Junior Day. And quite a few of them are from NC, SC, TN, and VA.
I know we will still hit our usual areas simply due to the shear numbers of players but I expect, based on what I've been reading and hearing, that we will see more offers from NC and SC than we did last year. I'm keeping a running total as the days go on so we'll see the breakdown. I also expect we'll continue to see offers go out to players in areas we've never seen in App recruiting before. This staff isn't afraid to go anywhere and put our name out there and I say good on them.
