I believe it's already been scheduled for Nov. 9.

With Wofford being scheduled at that point in the season, it is almost a certainty we will play 12 games. The only way we would not is to have a double bye in the month of September. We will play Elon either 9/7, 9/14, or 9/21 at their place.

*Edited original post to add Wofford date on Page 1!!

One of the other boards mentioned that we might have Coastal making a return engagement to The Rock which would leave one home game opening for an OOC. Surely another Big South, MEAC or team would like to experience The Rock. Charleston Southern, VMI, or even Gardner Webb would benefit from the trip. We should be past playing a DII.

VMI and Gardnew-Webb are full. Coastal has 12 games already as well. NCCU, Norfolk State, Savannah State, and Hampton have already released their schedules. So we are looking at two possible Big South teams, Charleston Southern and/or Presbyterian. A possible OOC home game could be Northern Arizona. We played them once in 2007 and they have openings right now. All the OVC schools are full as well. NC A&T is also a possibility.

I have been doing my research based on College Sports Journal's Block Schedules.

Presbyterian will not be coming to Boone. So only 1 true possibility left from the Big South left, and that is Charleston Southern. I hope we can bring in at least one decent team but truly doubt that will happen at this point. Just no D-2 teams please!!!!

Im sick about hearing peoples' opinions on Liberty. The whole "I hate them because they think something is wrong and wont think or act exactly like me" is more annoying than anything Liberty is doing.

If you need or want Liberty's approbation, I pity you.

And this isnt directed at any individual, because I've been reading the same garbage concerning Liberty for over a year.

Trashing Liberty is called being open-minded and tolerant.

Yes. Because there is only ever one way to see/interpret things.

Opinions are like buttholes.

Trashing someone for their views isnt tolerant either.

Does this also apply to the FBS v. FCS discussion? Or the UNCC discussion? Or anything else on this board or others?

That depends. Do you differentiate between "trashing" and disagreeing based on facts?

There is a very fine line between having a religious belief and being openly prejudice and hateful. Liberty is that line.
