Isn't the plan to add a walking terrace to connect the 2 sides? Also way down the line did I hear the plan is to add seats in the corners? I'm assuming that would correct the off-center problem.

If they re-do seating on east side...be nice if they went to individual seats like some universities have done. May reduce capacity some...but would be nice amenity.

I'd like to see us add a section or two of individual seats on the West side too. I would pay more to sit in them. The loss of seating could be made up with some permanent seats on Miller Hill at that time.

The seats would more than pay for themselves
. This is one reason we chose to move to NEZ so we could have individual seats...not only reason...I can say it definitely makes a difference. ...and, I agree, I think many folks would pay more...if apprehensive the first year, I do believe they would be "sold on it" after having the experience of it.

I'm used to my Panthers seats and my App seat are on the aisle, which means there are times I have half a cheek hanging off- our row is full every minute of every game...

Putting real seats in would definitely reduce capacity. There were times when I was in the east deck that I literally could not sit in my assigned seat because of all the cushions and…larger backsides.

Or put temporary seat backs for season ticket holders like all the big time programs do. Nice butt cushion with a seat back. Fits right on the bleacher. Won’t reduce capacity and gives you comfort.

I think people have asked Doug about these before and for some reason it was shot down. I’m sure it’s a money maker (though not much) so unless they wouldn’t line up size wise I can’t see why we wouldn’t. Perhaps it’s a good question to ask in the Yosef meeting next week.

My knees are almost in the folks n front of me now. Maybe the thought is seat backs would reduce leg room even more.
Our seats are on the aisle 112 row T. Butt room is not as much an issue as in and out traffic! It’s constant. But I like the aisle seats.

Going back to when Gillin last publicly spoke on this, he said updated East Side renderings will be released in the "first or second quarter" of 2023.
