Can we just kill this subject? He'll pay when he is healthy. If you don't see him playing, then assume he isn't healthy.

AppGrad78 is correct with his post. Trust me, we know what is going on with Tacoi. It will be a few more weeks. With 2 senior starters at WR, he is part of the FUTURE of our WRs. His knee is having problems and once it's fixed, we all will see something special. Bad thing is, it might be next year, but we will have 2 good years.
