Clearly, we aren't going to get the pre-game audio.

We need to fill Charlie's inbox with out of patience emails over this. For six years, I missed making the trip to Boone maybe two or three games. But my situation has changed and I can't get up there as often so I have to rely on this garbage. I'm paying for it, damnit, I want it to work. I've never had this problem from other schools' feeds.

As far as a ticket go to help which is above the list of items to watch/listen. There is a My Account/Help/Logout.
I like UPS, I use them we I have an option. They are unionized, which is why I like them. But damn I tired of seeing the video about the shoes b/c I am trying to refresh and force something to happen with a feed.

I hope to goodness they have in the contract a refund when this happens. If not this needs to become part of the contract. The audio feed is free to users but should be more dependable than this. The subscription video feed is working fine so far.

Just for future reference, I finally gave up on the feeds on AppTV and started searching around for a radio station. Found that iHeart radio now carries live feed from WASU 90.5 radio. They broadcast the games. It's not DJ and Brownie, but atleast it comes in loud and clear.

NeuLion video worked for a few minutes and then not a all even with restarting and trying all sorts of things. Why does our administration stay with these idiots? Incredible to believe.
Are we too stupid to do our own broadcasts? Georgia Southern does their own. Liberty University does their own, and a lot of other schools.
