Liked the uniforms a lot for a road uniform. Hope we never do that again especially if there is any chance of the visitors wearing black in our house.

I'll give some props.. for snazzy... and the fans participated... But,... I kept thinking I was watching a Furman game or something... Ironically, the white uni's probably helped keep the heat in check... for the fans in the sun.. it helped I am sure... OK for it, but just not a complete fan of it.

Fan participation wad good. A lot of it was not App gear, though - lots of random white shirts. To me, it somewhat diminished the feel of a stadium full of us all backing App.

It made me angry to see another team wearing all black on our field. Just seemed disrespectful. Hope that white out experiment is done and never repeated. Black Saturday is should be every Saturday at the Rock.

They were navy blue. Saw 'em up close myself. Looked black from the stands, but they weren't.

Their Navy Blue Jerseys have stripes on the sleeves. They wore their new Black uniforms on Saturday

Maybe I'm just blind then. I stood right next to one of them and if you put a gun to my head and told me to tell you the color, I would have said blue.

I loved them - they looked sharp. I'm a big fan of the all black too, but the all white looked good for an early September game!

I was surprised at the fan participation. And I must give kudos to the student sections as they were practically all white and very active during the game. I was in the East stands and will admit it might be the one time I was glad to wear white to an App game....the sun was brutal. Hopefully that's the last White Out but those would make good road uniforms IMO, especially with the black Block A.

I was on the East side in the bottom section and I actually kept going back and forth trying to figure out if the uniforms were black or midnight blue. They were very dark, but to my eyes also appeared have a blue tint. Maybe it was an effect from all the sun in my eyes.

Just as confusing to me are all the "double" numbers on our offense and defense. Never have I seen a team with so many. Quite hilarious to look at our '16 team picture and the front row.

Here is my only beef with the white uniforms for this season. As a former graphics designer in a screen printing and sign business, the helmet Block "A" was lost on the helmet. The boarder needed to be a little thicker to be recognized. it just didn't come off visually to the cameras unless you was up close.

Lets just hope this never happens again and put it to bed. We wear black at home. We wear white on the road. Now I would really like black helmets with white block A at all times BUT if we need the white helmet lets do it on the road. Just my humble opinion.
