Honestly, a very terrible zoom call from the YOSEF Club and the MAF. Really ZERO updates on our season tickets and parking despite that being the purpose for the call.
I listened in and they said they are stuffing packets this week and we will receive tickets and parking pass via UPS first part of next week.

What else do you need to know?
agreed...gave mailing information. Let everyone know that Justice spots will be moved due to construction..and they are flipping Peacock Hall parking to put students near Howard Street....

I’m confused what exactly does flipping peacock and students closer to Howard mean?

It means Yosef members will park closer to the road, so when you arrive late you don’t have to go through the students to get to your space.

Flipping Peacock means season ticket holders spots will be at front and easier to get into. Before students were at front and it was nearly impossible to get into lot if you arrived 2 hours before game. Not everyone is a tailgater.

Evidently, they had a student section in Peacock near Rivers Street and the alumni/Yosef parking was more at back of lot near Howard. It was considered an issue with students congregating near and into Rivers Street. As such, flipping the setup so alumni/YC are closer to Rivers.

They took questions. Did you ask any that weren’t answered?

Bump. What is so “terrible” about being told your tix will be in mail at the end of the week, normal tailgating and full capacity after the f’d up season we had last year? No really, what’s on your mind dude? Hard to let this one go without knowing where it came from…

They have been saying "next week" on parking assignments for 2 months. Everything that was said last night could have easily been put into an update article on the appstatesports website. I personally think we should have parking assignments by now. And yes, I did put a couple questions in the chat.

I saw a FB post from the Yosef employee who actually wrote/typed the email. He indicated that the info to be presented in the Zoom meeting is positive. He posted this in response to other FBr’s panicking! Lol. Please, let’s remain calm (for now at least)! 🤣
Sorry, I'm sensitive to it! Haha he could have made the email sound a little more positive considering they keep getting pushed back more and more and more, but I'll be calm (maybe).
Me too man! My son just played his first JV and Varsity games of the season Thursday and Friday. Just found out they’re sidelined till after Labor Day because of positives and contact tracing. Only vaccinated (and there aren’t many), and those who have tested positive in last 90 days (prior to last week) are allowed to practice in the meantime. He has his shots. Actually, the team that they were to play this week couldn’t field a team either. Sucks!!! Last year was what it was…. This year it didn’t have to happen. Anyway, hope things are more promising at the college level! Disclaimer!!!: This is NOT meant as a political post! Let’s see how far that gets.
Yeah I’m just clinched up wondering if we we’ll get this season in or not. Daughter (a freshman at App) just told me WCU has gone all online no in person and she’s Bummed thinking Apps next. Including tailgating.
Not saying your daughter is wrong, but there’s nothing on the net that has stated
a change in policy for WCU.

I would agree, this is my main gripe. I get that they're working with limited staff, but set a realistic goal and stick to it and shoot an update email if you miss it, Business 101. Everybody who cares enough to be checking their stuff knows the dates they originally said; they can't just miss the date and wait for people to start questioning it before they give an update. The website for Yosef Club still says Parking Allocation begins June 1st and ends July 1st. Then, like you said, they've been saying "next week" forever.
