I think that would depend on actually watching him answer the question. If it was a sincere answer then there would be no reason not to believe him. If it was nothing but dismissive coach speak then there would be no reason to believe him.

My question for coach, Will you be able to realize you have taken the program as far as you possibly could and be willing to step down when it feels like someone else is needed to take the program to the next level?

Not one I see a lot of people question, but I’d be curious what we are doing in our strength and conditioning program that seems to have a lot of folks playing injured and just getting dominated on the line of scrimmage. I’ve also noticed we have a lot of players that make it to the NFL and then are immediately hampered by injuries. I know that this is sometimes not preventable as football is a physical sport, but it just seems like a lot looking from the outside in. If we aren’t in shape to play, whether due to conditioning or being injured, talent isn’t going to matter.
