That’s okay. We’re used to it. The only level ground we have IS our playing field. And it’s only been level for a few years.

Re: Up Next...UNC
They had fans leaving with 3 minutes to go in the game in our section (Section 105) It was sad to see. I felt sorry for their players and their program.

No Heisman number so far this season, as arrogant of an ass as he is, he is real football player. Hope he doesnt win it.

His stat line wasn’t that much better than Aguilar’s. Maye being a Heisman candidate is silly.Black Saturday wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 2:25 pmNo Heisman number so far this season, as arrogant of an ass as he is, he is real football player. Hope he doesnt win it.

Re: Up Next...UNC
To me that's more of a slap in our face...... I want UNC to win every game from here on out and I want Maye to win the Heisman. If they win out and we win out then just helps us. I hate the Tarholes but I'm smart enough to know what helps our status and SOS.

I agree. I’m a passive Tar Heel fan for the rest of the season.

I’m fine if they never win again.
Edit: Except when they substitute Charlotte for us starting next year. They can win those games.

Re: Up Next...UNC
Not only do I never want them to win again. I am of the opinion that they shouldn't even have an athletic department after those decades of cheating. They only got away with it because the head of the investigating division of the NCAA was a Tarhole grad and they changed the rules.
The mountains are calling and I must go

I don't look at it as such. First, we exposed the Tar Heels a little bit. Second, the three teams that moved past them were Colorado (no explanation needed), Ole Miss (who defeated Tulane, which opened the season at #24), and Oklahoma, which fell one spot.

Well, I’m gonna have to disagree with you here. I hope they lose every game for eternity, even if it hurts us.

Rewatching game. I will have to say this…I’m not a Hugh’s fan, but after he missed
the first kick, Clark stuck with him and he made 2 important ones later. I hope that Clark’s support pays off. We are going to need him. He seems capable but confidence is the only thing holding him back. If Clark can get him believing, think he can be special.

Michael will be fine. Staton was 20-21 in 2021. 2020 he was 13-19, 2019 he was 13-19 and in 2018 he was 11-16.
