Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. I think we can throw out the first 2 games as any performance indicators since our opponents were skewed worst to best.
Math says they should even out if they were the worst and best.

This game counts, that’s why they kept score.
Math says neither mean nothing the grand scheme of things, both were scrimmages.
Yesterday was a scrimmage for Clemson for sure 😂😂😂

Yes, and for us too because we wont see that competition level again this season, btw I took Statistics more than once. lol
Maybe Shawn told them it didn’t count so they took it off. Congrats on the Stats degree. We had a discussion before the season on where we needed to be as a defense to win games, in regards to PPG. Some people said sub 20, others said sub 25 etc. We’ve got work to do sitting at 38 ppg, even though they were scrimmages.

38 ppg so far. Not good.

In the grand scheme all these games mean nothing.

I’ve been in a serious funk today. I was so sure we were past being blown out to the moon by anyone. Not expecting to win every game but just not blown out. Boy was I wrong. What I saw last night was surely the worst prepared and executed game I can remember. It was almost like it wasn’t real it was so bad. I’m willing to put it behind us like it never happened. If we don’t come out Saturday and compete like we know we should ,then I will be very concerned. With what I’ve seen through two games my expectations are the lowest in more years than I can count.

I went outside and cut down rather large limbs that had been bothering me all year. Good release, created a lot of work though.

If we come out of this 2-2 we will be lucky. With south Al an liberty biberty looming
I still have confidence that ECU and Liberty are no where near the talent of Clemson. And UGA is just that much better than almost anyone.
That is a bold statement to make in the first sentance. Are you sure?

Are we allowed to be critical of cooordinators not just the HC?
Give it a rest.
Ok. I support us getting bent over by mediocre ACC team until the end of time. Happy?
Not sure Clemson is mediocre although I don't think they're as good as we made them look.

Have we stopped anyone? What an embarrassment Clemson putting their back ups in 2:00 into the second half.
They played 66 different players in the first quarter per the TV crew. Their back ups were being mixed in early and their back ups backs ups played most of the second half.
I hope last night was an aberration but I fear it wasn't. It also makes me wonder Just how scary is Georgia and could they beat the Panthers.
Georgia would get smoked by the Panthers. Don't be one of those guys (I'm pretty sure you are joking).
Thought it was obvious

I believe you might be right ...

Why would you fire anybody right now, because anybody you would want to replace them with already has a job... So many people forget that Shawn Clark was the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach when we had our "Glory Year," but could not beat Georgia Southern...

I stopped being a Cowboys Fan when Jerry Jones fired Tom Landry.

Just because everyone isn't acting like a spoiled three year-old doesn't mean they're happy with it.

GIve it rest or get banned. I'm tired of your crap.
I'm going to get banned for sharing the (obvious) opinion that Shawn sucks? Fine.
OK genius...if he's so bad you come off the recliner and take over. If not the make a recommendation for a successor. I was told by a gentleman a lot smarter than me (Coach Jim Brakefield) that if you're coming in with a complaint or problem you better bring a solution. Otherwise you're just whining.
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

I would 100% coach the team. I dont know how many wins we would have, but I'd go home a few 100k richer and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it!

Some coaches are like some players, they are all about the money.

Like head coach? Do I get to keep the assistants? Because I’d also 100% do that. I bet we’d still get bowl eligible with Sloan and Ponce calling all the plays and me just playing on the iPad and fussing at someone for getting a penalty.

Sloan defense held ECU to 13 points - Joey gave up 6 on a dumb pass.

Sloan is fine!! A new secondary will come together - it takes time. -- these kids don't get exhibition and scrimmages to figure it out.

I'd be more worried about Joey's decision making than any other part of the team at this point.

We played the entire game without our starting, NT, DE, SS and a backup ILB. Then Nate goes out in the first qtr and Favors in the third. The defense played well after the initial barrage with a bunch of RS Freshmen and a walk-on NT. That makes the defensive effort even more impressive.

Joey is fine. I had an All-22 view from my seats. There weren’t a lot of “WTF” moments against ECU. Even the pick 6 pass wasn’t that bad, considering Stroman waved his arm, which to a QB, says I’m open. Joey throws that down and to the left and it’s probably a completion.

He made a ton of throws yesterday that other App QB’s would have struggled to make. Without him, that game is a loss.

R-e-l-a-x

These offensive guys don’t get exhibition games.
