I’m not sure if anyone on here has mentioned it yet, but Tennessee is an absolute perfect spot for DE. A team that LOVES to run with ball with an established bruising/punishing monster in Derrick Henry. DE is the perfect change of pace, game breaker for them. Not to mention his special teams contributions. To me where you end up is just as important as how high you go in the draft. DE was successful with both, went high and to the perfect landing spot. I’m a Falcons fan, but I just found my favorite AFC team. Go get ‘em DE.

I'm 100% with you on this. Tennessee was one of the three places I thought would be best for him. A clear path to a number 2 role, a team that loves to run, and a perfect compliment to Derrick Henry. Absolutely love it!

I made similar comment on an App St parent Facebook site as have daughter at App St...Henry had a significant amount of carries. His shelf life will be impacted by this over the years.i believe DE can be change of pace back, 3rd down pass catching back (not Henry specialty), and return specialist.

The more you think about it, the clearer it becomes that he fits like a glove there. I loved how after they drafted him both Vrabel and the GM gushed about how great of a person Evans is and how everyone in the building loved him when he came in for a private visit pre lock down. They love the player and the person (which I'm sure we all knew would be the case).

I just want our APP guys to go where they will play but as a fan, Tennessee and Cincinnati don't really excite me - But, if they play, I will watch :D
