Knee Pad Rule

Ok, get your mind out of the gutter.

What is the rule on pants covering the knee and wearing knee pads?

I’m watching Stink and orange sweater boys play each other before our game and everyone in the GaSo backfield is wearing what looks like shorts.

Good question - I thought the NCAA passed that knees had to be covered and jersey tucked in? - I don't know, I could be out of touch -

I guess the refs enforce what they want to. Appears so in many ways.
