Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. Coastal and that jerk off Jamie Chadwell are at least living up to their mascot. Beach “chickens” didn’t want to risk the loss with all eyes on them. From whining that they had to finish their schedule to now cancelling a conference championship because a position coach might have Covid...clearly the pressure got to be a little too much for mullets.

I suppose one then could accuse of us being chicken to play UL and Ga Southern when we had to go thru a similar scenario. I was really looking forward to this game in hopes that UL would get their revenge. They were even hyping this game on Sirius 84 yesterday, bragging on how the Sun Belt was once the 10th place FBS league to having two teams in the top 20. Gave lots of kudos to Karl Benson.

In a really great season for the conference, the cancelled championship game is tough to hear. Personally I thought Louisiana was Apps toughest game this season and I was really looking forward to this game and the re-match. After such a great year the conference deserved this matchup between 2 CFP top 20 ranked teams and the national interest it would have gotten...really bummed for the conference.
Even though they will be considered co-champs, CCU will feel like the real champs being undefeated and only team to beat UL...UL deserved the rematch and to settle it on the field...this stinks, but this has been 2020.
