MAC or Conference USA and Sunbelt or all Three.

Week 1 and 2 - Play anyone.

Week 3 start division play
Week 4
Week 5
Week 6
Week 7 Line up 1 - 5 in after division play and play each other.
1st east plays 1st West
2nd East plays 2nd West
3rd East Plays 3rd west
4th East Plays 4th west
5th East Plays 5th West
to line up 1 thru 10th place in the conference

Week 8
1st from Sunbelt plays 1st from MAC
2nd From Sunbelt Plays 2nd from MAC
The rest play the closest Geographically.

Week 9
1st from Sunbelt plays 1st from Conference USA
2nd from Sunbelt plays 2nd from Conference USA
The rest play the closest Geographically

Some version of this. SOS would improve for all three top teams in the three conferences.

I like the creativity and looking for ways to improve the competitive landscape. A couple of questions: How do you guarantee 6 home games? And dates of these home games?

I wonder if in the future everyone goes to a Football Conference and an everything else Conference. We already have some sports (ie: wrestling) playing in modified other conferences.

I also like your creativity but weeks 7 to 9 would probaly be impossible due to travel and lodging for the visiting teams

The regular season has to be a set schedule. Otherwise, you're sacrificing attendance.

I like it.The aforementioned logistics and practicality , however , ,makes it unlikely

The other part of this schedule that would be good, This schedule would allow us local matchups with teams that should interest the fan base if not 1 or 2 in the conference. C-USA would be Charlotte most years and if we could talk the AAC into this ECU on the occasion of us not playing 1 or 2. We may have lost interest in not playing for 1st place but we sure don't want to lose to ECU or Charlotte.
